• Practice adjustment of equipment and proper protocols, as well as proper machine maintenance.
• Keys of customer service.
• Milk -- Learn what proper milk texture is (quality and beverage differences) and proper milk foaming techniques.
• Learn basic latte-art pouring techniques.
